Our Founder

Jarrett Weiss is the founder of Pillar Life Protection and a dedicated independent insurance professional. In just three years, he has personally served over a thousand clients while also building and leading a team of more than 100 high-producing agents. His experience has given Pillar a reputation for results and client care that stands out across the industry.

Beyond business, Jarrett serves as a youth pastor and is devoted to his family and community. He and his wife, Savannah, are raising their young children in Ohio, where faith and family remain at the center of everything they do. Whether in ministry or in business, Jarrett’s mission is the same: to serve with integrity, compassion, and purpose.
